The “SWITCHIN VIRTUAL” project, also known as “SWITCH,” coordinated by EIA – Ensino e Investigacao e Administração SA, is a pioneering initiative aimed at navigating the dynamic landscape of European educational policies, particularly in light of the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rooted in Europe’s enduring vision of fostering a multicultural and multilingual environment that celebrates diversity while transcending cultural boundaries, the project connects young people from different backgrounds and organizations, fostering connections and collaboration despite physical limitations.

The main goals of this project are:

  • Create a space for dialogue to facilitate the connection between young people from Kosovo, Albania and Montenegro with peers of EU Countries.
  • Bridging the gap by increasing the participation of disadvantaged young people.
  • Set-up Skills Development Paths to enrich personal and professional youth’ CVs through innovative and immersive methodologies.
  • Support organisations to build “citizenship” awareness within youth from the Western Balkans and engage them in nonformal education settings.
  • Create a long-term coherent and solid partnership between organizations in order to boost youth dimension through international cooperation.
