Part of the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education, the project aims to promote diversity and inclusion in adult learning environments. At its core, the project endeavors to empower educators in effectively addressing the diverse needs of learners by equipping them with valuable resources and innovative teaching methodologies.
The project seeks to develop a Course Mapping Tool to provide comprehensive insights into the needs and preferences of learners and educators. To refine and validate its approaches in real-world settings, the project will pilot didactical scenarios in specific courses.
To ensure that the findings are widely accessible, an interactive online platform will be leveraged. Additionally, workshops, webinars, and informative articles will be hosted to disseminate the project’s findings.

Curate a comprehensive suite of resources designed to deepen educators’ understanding of learner diversity and equip them with innovative didactical approaches tailored to meet these diverse needs.
